Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots: (Recipe adapted from Everyday Food)

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. carrots (I use baby carrots)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1-1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper
4) Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until liquid is reduced to a glaze, 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve with your favorite meal. ENJOY!!
